The members of the Pennsylvania Traffic Net have decided to honor Dave Heller K3TX (SK) by renaming the net in his honor.
Henceforth the formal name of the net will be The Dave Heller K3TX Memorial Pennsylvania Traffic Net.
On the air, we will continue using simply "PTN", but in any official correspondence we will use the complete formal name for the net.
Dave was the longest serving current participant in the Net when he became a Silent Key on May 24 2020. Dave was a faithful member of the Pennsylvania Traffic Net and its predecessor net, the EPA, for decades, and was devoted to using CW.
The PTN meets daily at 7pm ET on 3585 kHz CW.
