The PA Capitol is closed for the next 2 weeks so there will be no action by the Senate Transportation Committee on HB 37 at least until the members return. We’ll keep you posted if there’s any new information. As a reminder, Committee Chair, Kim Ward (R-Westmoreland) has agreed to work with Senator Larry Farnese (D-Phila) on adding an amendment to HB37 that would allow continued use of Amateur Radio mobile push-to-talk microphones. We have provided Senator Farnese with sample language as a suggestion for that amendment.
