The article relates the frustration and problems when the worst forest fire in East Tennessee’s history snuffed out communications.
And this is not an Amateur Radio Rides To the Rescue Story. It might have been but it is not. We’ll just have to wonder why Amateur Radio wasn’t the saving influence this time.
