EPAEPTN Time Change

Due to Winter Propagation conditions, it is necessary to revise the

starting time for the Eastern Pennsylvania Emergency Phone and Traffic

Net.

Effective tonight, Tuesday, Nov 10th, EPAEPTN will start at 5PM on 3918

KHz.

I realize this is a problem for some people and will change the time

back in the Spring.
