Seems to be a little confusion about when you can have the SET.
Have it any time you want to before October 31st. That is the only limit I am setting on the time. If you have had an event in September that would qualify as a SET and want to use it then please do.
Only additional requirements would be the radiogram to the Section Manager and the Winlink report to me.

Item 6 details the information about the winlink message to the SEC. You can disregard the dates and send it any time after your SET.
