Hello EPA Members,
While reviewing the recent ARRL Bulletins I came across one on the ARRL’s interest in proposing a new Entry Level license. The purpose is to provide an stepping stone into Amateur Radio for those 30 years of age and younger. I have some recollection of being that young once.
